30-day returns
Your satisfaction is Tactic's top priority. Therefore, if your purchase is not right for you, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the items.
Returned items must be:

Clean and unworn

With original tags attached
-
In original packaging
- In resale condition (except faulty items)
Returns can be managed directly through your customer profile. Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Return costs
- EU & United Kingdom: Tactic covers the return shipping cost.
- Non-EU countries: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- For shipments outside the EU, if the customer refuses delivery of the order due to unwillingness to pay the applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges, the customer shall be responsible for both the shipping costs and the return costs of the goods to our facilities.
