At Tactic, we design cycling, running, and triathlon apparel made to accumulate kilometers.

Behind every garment there are training sessions, challenges, and many hours of work. That’s why, when something doesn’t work as it should, we’re here.

We are a brand born in Girona, and that defines us: proximity, our own criteria, and respect for what we do.

Our warranty and repair service is not just a legal obligation; it is an extension of the way we understand cycling, running, and triathlon.

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

All Tactic garments are covered by the legal warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, provided they have been used and cared for correctly.

When we receive a warranty request, we:

  • Analyze each case individually
  • Assess the actual condition of the garment
  • Propose the best possible solution

If the defect is covered, the repair or replacement will be completely free of charge.
If repair is not viable, we will look for a fair alternative, consistent with and aligned to our brand criteria.

REPAIR IS PART OF OUR COMMITMENT

Not every issue falls under warranty, but that doesn’t mean the garment has no solution.
Whenever it is technically possible, we offer an out-of-warranty repair service, with a fair cost and full transparency. Not because it’s easier, but because we prefer to extend the life of a garment rather than create a new one.

WHEN THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by crashes, snags or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear from intensive use
  • Improper use or lack of care according to the instructions
  • Unauthorised modifications or external repairs.

Even so, we will always review your case and inform you of the available options.

A SIMPLE AND CLOSE PROCESS

  • Contact us and explain your case (with images and proof of purchase).
  • We review the garment from Girona, with technical expertise and a human approach.
  • We provide a clear response regarding timelines, coverage and solution.

No automated replies. No impersonal processes.

From cyclists to cyclists.
