From Girona, and since 1998, we’ve been developing custom cycling apparel for teams and communities who are looking for far more than just graphic personalisation. We see custom as a full product development process where every decision, from fabric selection right through to the final fit of a garment, is driven by real needs in use, performance, and identity.

Custom development is built on close collaboration between design, pattern making, and production. Every piece goes through a proper validation process where we check how fabrics behave, how the fit works, how tensions sit, how graphics land, and how it all performs when it’s actually out there in use.
Having everything based in Girona means we can keep a tight grip on every stage of the process, from printing and cutting through to sewing and finishing. That proximity doesn’t just keep quality high, it also lets us step in, make calls, and tweak things as we go.
We don’t pick materials just because they look good, but because of how they perform. Breathability, compression, stability, and how they sit on the body when it’s moving all come into play. Every garment gets built around that thinking.
A lot of decisions still come down to hands-on experience: the feel of a fabric, how a seam holds up, how a pattern behaves when it’s in motion. That’s where years of doing this really kick in.
We’re also gradually bringing in more responsible materials and processes, cutting down waste and working with recycled technical fabrics without letting performance slip.
