BEHIND THE WORK
LEARNING, GROWING AND UNDERSTANDING THE PRODUCT
Priscil·la joined Tactic through the school where she studied. She still remembers her first day clearly, especially one thought: all the fabrics looked the same. White, almost identical, with differences that felt impossible to recognise at the time. Today, understanding those fabrics is part of her craft.
Her daily work focuses on pattern making, its adjustments and managing the cutting section. A key role in the development of technical cycling apparel, where every step matters. The biggest challenge is creating garments that work for a wide range of riders, balancing comfort, fit and performance. What motivates her most is improving every day and seeing how a garment takes shape, from the first pattern to the final piece.
PRIDE, BALANCE AND LIFE BEYOND TACTIC
Everything she has developed so far makes her feel proud, but she especially highlights the work on the custom summer and winter collections. A process that has been deeply rewarding and a major learning experience, both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, she finds balance through sport and spending time with family and friends. That’s how she disconnects and recharges.
TACTIC AS A SECOND FAMILY
For Priscil·la, Tactic is an important part of her life, almost like a second family. If she had to describe Tactic as a person, she wouldn’t hesitate: hard-working, demanding, non-conformist, intense and passionate.
When she thinks about a Tactic garment, a few key values come to mind: quality, local production (km 0), comfort and technical performance. Attributes that don’t happen by chance, but are the result of the people behind every decision, every pattern and every detail.
