ASK BERNA

At Tactic, when you don’t know who to ask about something, one name tends to come up: Berna. It doesn’t matter whether the question is related to his job or falls well outside his responsibilities. He’ll probably know the answer. And if he doesn’t, he’ll get to work finding a solution.

His name is Jordi, but here everyone calls him Berna. He knows Tactic inside out and gets involved in whatever needs doing, even when it falls outside his area. Because if there’s one thing that defines him, it’s the way he takes ownership of things.

FROM DESIGN TO FINISHED GARMENT

Berna oversees the entire production process at Tactic, covering both custom orders and the collection range. From design to final construction, he follows each garment through every stage, coordinating the different steps to turn an initial idea into a finished product.


It’s a job that requires seeing the bigger picture while keeping an eye on the smallest details. And this is where Berna feels at home: spotting what needs adjusting, solving problems and finding ways to make things work a little better.


He’s grounded, clear-headed and has a stubborn streak. Once he’s made up his mind about something, you’ll need some pretty convincing arguments to change it. But he’s also one of the first to roll up his sleeves and get things moving.

ALWAYS GETTING INVOLVED, EVEN OUTSIDE TACTIC

Cycling takes up a good part of his free time. It’s a way to switch off, stay active and challenge himself with new goals.


That same commitment extends to his community. He works with local organisations and lends a hand in organising events and festivals. He gives his time to the kind of work that often goes unnoticed but makes everything happen. Outside Tactic, too, he’s someone people can count on.

ONE OF OUR OWN

For Berna, Tactic is home. He cares about what gets done, but also about how people feel along the way. And he wants the people around him to feel that same sense of belonging.


Perhaps that’s why his name comes up so often when someone needs help. He knows how things work, knows what goes into making every garment, and gets involved, whether it’s his responsibility or not. Over time, that builds a level of trust summed up in one simple phrase: “Ask Berna.”
